Stone, Tile & Grout Cleaning
Natural stone and ceramic tile are becoming more and more popular. These surfaces are also some of the most difficult surfaces to keep clean and protected due to the porous nature and design.
For many, the mop and bucket are the tools of choice, but this often pushes soil deeper into the grout lines and into the natural crevices of the stone. Proper cleaning is a daunting task that can be frustrating and backbreaking.
With new technology we are able to clean with our hot water extraction system, using high temperature and controlled pressure, while simultaneously extracting all soil and water. We can even seal and recolor grout lines, making them sparkle like new. Give our hard floor experts a call today to keep your floors looking great year around.
6 STEP RESTORATION PROCESS FOR TILE AND GROUT
1. Pre-treat tile and grout
Alkaline based degreasing solution is mopped on.
Cleaner is allowed to dwell for up to 20 minutes.
This loosens accumulated soil, grease, contaminants and topical residues.
2. Power scrub surfaces
Special surrogated brushes agitate the grout lines as well as the tile surface.
Edge Cleaning and baseboard cleaning are done at this time.
3. Turbo power rinse
Tile and grout is pressure rinsed using high pressure heated water.
All water, cleaning solutions and contaminants are captured and extracted away in one process.
System is completely controlled with no over-wetting of any other surfaces or areas.

Above process is repeated now using a low Ph Restorative cleaner.
Solution works on staining, discoloration, grout haze, soap scum.
5. Speed dry/inspection
Remove any remaining water on floor.
Place high powered air movers to dry tile and grout lines.
